You can do this through our feedback form at the clinic or by contacting the Practice Manager. We aim to address all concerns promptly and respectfully. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Health Ombudsman.

After-Hours Care

Looking for after-hours medical assistance? Reach out to Ivanhoe Family Doctors for more information. Please call our clinic for further instructions. Kindly note, we are a private billing clinic. A surcharge of $30-$40 applies on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. Our after-hours services require an out-of-pocket fee of $300.
