Meet Dr Shirley Au. Dr Au is a valued and highly experienced General Practitioner at Ivanhoe Family Doctors, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to families in our local community.

Expertise and Training:

Dr Au graduated from the prestigious University of Melbourne in 2006 and has been practising in this local community since 2011, establishing a strong connection with her patients. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

In line with Ivanhoe Family Doctors’ commitment to proactive, preventive, and family-centred care, Dr Au has pursued extensive additional training in areas vital to family health. She holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG). This specialised expertise allows her to offer holistic care from newborns to new parents, supporting families to thrive through education, screening, and intervention.
